Lovely hotel, we were greeted by Melanie, she really did go the extra mile for us but also she was just lovely and helpful to all guests that she encountered. We booked a double room and we walked in to a twin. Melanie sorted it straight away no fuss which was fantastic, she then showed us to the spa, note it’s £10 per person per hour but it was nice to relax after a busy day. I felt the temperature of the pool was slightly on the chilly side..well not as warm as expected but I could see why as we went around 7pm in the evening so the temperature outside dropped but I can imagine it’s perfect temp in the day as we are riding out a heat wave! location just out of town but took us 10 minutes to walk in to town and you can walk through the park by the river which is pretty. We didn’t eat here but we did go to the bar and the staff were pleasant enough. Atmosphere is very peaceful and calm. Room was exceptionally clean. Clare did a great job. Thanks for a lovely stay.

4th visit to this hotel and again a very relaxing stay. Staff are always so lovely and helpful. Didn't use the spa. Breakfast very nice but we would prefer mugs for tea 🤣. So we were cheeky and brought our room mugs down for our breakfast cuppa👍 So easy to walk into Llangollen.

Had a wonderful back massage at the Spa yesterday afternoon. Tracey really is a fabulous therapist. I have had treatments with Tracey numerous times before - always amazing 💕
