Premier Inn Derby East

Excellent accessible room with well curtained accessible shower. Blue badge parking at the entrance. Food very good at breakfast and dinner. Helpful staff.

Very pleasant stay at this premier inn. Clean and comfortable. Staff on the front desk made our stay that bit nicer. All very friendly, polite and welcoming.

When i arrived there were 2 men on reception and they were absolutely miserable, to the point I nearly walked out. I booked in for an evening meal and ordering it was painful. I felt like asking this miserable git behind the bar" i see your happy in your job". When the food came it was literally slung at me. Possibly the worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. The only plus was it was clean and the rooms were tidy. I truly belive the staff need a serious course in customer service though!!!
