Smart Aston Court Derby Hotel

Good location for the railway station, about 10 minutes walk to the centre. It was very quiet during our stay, it’s a non smoking hotel but a few times there were strong cigarette fumes down the corridor to our room. It was fine for what we needed for a base during a 3 night stay however be aware they don’t replenish coffee/tea or change towels unless you ask specifically which seems odd as obviously you’ll need toilet roll.

Staff are very good and helpful

Hotel has no facilities such as bar and restaurant. Description of the hotel is woeful. The bedroom carpet was covered in stains and the cleanliness of the bathroom was much to be desired. Parking is not free.
