Malvern House

This place is just dreadful. When entering the property you get greeted by a dreadful stale smell. Our room was at the top of the Stairs on the first floor. It was quite spacious but everything was very dated and quite grubby. Hardly any toilet paper, we had to ask for this each day. The room wasn’t serviced at all. When we arrived there was only one mug for coffee, I asked for another. This took ages to get and when it did come it was dirty, it hadn’t been washed. It’s a dreadful place which should either be run professionally or just close it down because the owners haven’t a clue about hospitality. The best thing about it was leaving after 2 nights.

I wouldn't recommend Malvern house. Room number two had curtains that were rotting and powdery. The bedding was poor. No bedside light. Hair dryer handle rotting. The whole place seemed grubby and needs complete refurbishment. See the other one star reviews. Avoid.

The hotel needs new carpets new beds totally out of date! We have been itching since we slept in the beds! Worried if theres bed bugs It has a very strong smell once you enter the house kind of hotel! Very disssapointed
