Hetland Hall

Well here we were again at our favourite RAD Hotel, Hetlandhall, this time to celebrate my birthday, my husbands 70th birthday/anniversary 45 years with our Best Friends, who were at hotel for first time......we arrived earlier than check in and were warmly greeted by the wonderful Cyprian (what a guy)!! Everything was as we know to expect, our friends very impressed, we were upgraded to the Penthouse Suite and wowo wow by Cyprian (thanks Cyprian), fantastic, large, beautiful room with fab views, beautiful spotless bathroom/walk in shower too!! Loved it.....our friends had room 104, and loved the room too. We had a beautiful meal, they both were blown away by the extensive menu. Breakfast was hot and tasty, good service there too. Well yet again Hetlandhall makes us want to return again and again easily top marks for all, but especially Cyprian, you do a wonderful job, and we look forward to All returning soon. Keep doing what U do Best Cyprian and staff.......see you sooner than later x

No ramp or handrail at the entrance. Staff very pleasant. We turned down an upgrade to 2nd floor as the lift only goes to the 1st floor. Room was lovely. Downside was over bath shower with no grab rails. Beautiful terrace with 8/9 tables - only one parasol!!!! We were told another ONE was on order!!! Restaurant & staff excellent. Husband's meal was excellent, however my lasagne was the worst ever. 5 layers of claggy pasta with no meat visible to the naked eye. It was served in a cereal bowl. It was inedible. Very disappointed. Breakfast was excellent and much appreciated after dinner!

Had a great 2 nights DB&B break with my husband. Staff are so friendly and helpful right from check in to restaurant and bar. Food was amazing such large helpings . We were on 2nd floor which was a climb especially after dinner. We will definitely be back again .
