We arrived quite late in the evening. The receptionist was really welcoming and helpful. Moved from the desk to direct us to our room. She went to get an iron and spare towels.

This was our 2nd stay on the return leg of our trip. Ciprian remembered us from 3 days previously which was nice as liads of people must pass through yhe doors. Our room this time was on the upper floor so no heavy footsteps above and the toom had aircon which worked very efficiently on yet another hot night! I didn't comment about lighting in the rooms last time so here it is. How lovely to have a decent ceiling light in the main room plus good beside and desk lights and also good lighting in the bathroom - it makes such a differenve for my husbands shaving and for me putting in my contact lenses. The towels are great as well
