Jurys Inn Exeter (I)

Stayed 1 night- 1st to 2nd August 2026. Not happy and very confused, Amateur booking and no communication between staff Liked · The room and the breakfast were excellent! The choice at breakfast met all of our requirements. Disliked · 28th March 2026- Confirmation of 2 rooms (one for my wife and I and one for my wife's auntie and disabled husband) after booking. On Friday 31st I called to confirm with Sophia the Deputy Manager that we had 2 rooms and asked if there was disabled parking. She then informed me we had booked one room! I then said that was incorrect and she then said it looked like I had booked 2 rooms. After 15 minutes on the phone Sophia sorted it out and said yes we did have 2 rooms and minutes later I got a confirmation it was two rooms. When we checked in on Saturday there was a big problem and they implied that there weren't two rooms and I was lying. After getting very irritated they then said there were two rooms and we then checked in after 20 minutes of upset! The next morning I had a voicemail on my phone asking me when I was checking in and then an email later saying I was a no show? Very very bizarre!!! Do not go there if nervous travellers but check and get written confirmaton of everything! They blamed booking.com but made we feel stupid!

Comfortable bed. Nice view (4th floor). Very clean. Great breakfast choices. Free luggage store. Convenient location. Attentive staff.Highly recommend.

Wonderful mini stay. Room was spotless, nicely decorated and had aircon! Bliss in this heatwave. Wonderful shower and extra helpful to have iron and ironing board. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good for a chain hotel- much better than Premier Inn offerings. Will come back.
