Hotel Very Dated. Lift not working Food Was Awfull no Atmosphere From Mr Howard Blake Manchester No Entertainment

Rude lady on desk, multiple times and to multiple people

Location was fantastic, atmosphere great. Room was a decent size and had been modernised. Very basic and tired in places curtains had about 10 rips/slashes in them. Bathroom had black mould round by tap, Rooms were very hot and was supplied with a fan as no air conditioning, room didn’t match rest of hotel which was a shame, bed was two singles pushed together, breakfast was great and bar is great to watch world go by. Staff were great
