We held a 70th Wedding Anniversary party at Devoncourt. We were really pleased with the location, room and catering. Staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive.

Such an amazing location with stunning views over the Exe (if you book a sea view room). Facilities are amazing and more than we expected. Hotel is very clean and staff are very warm and welcoming. It has a good atmosphere but bar closes quite early for a hotel. It’s a great price to stay here in comparison to other hotels in the area. Need to have gluten free menu options so can’t comment on food quality. The water pressure can be a problem also in the showers. None of this spoiled our stay at an excellent location. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights to attend a wedding at the Exmouth Wedding Venue. It wasn't bad but was a bit outdated to be honest. I think the most jarring thing was getting to the room and it did sort of look like a room in a retirement home - Two armchairs in front of a TV (which had the option to log in to Netflix) and an attached kitchen with outdated colours, browns and yellows. I think it may be because it's a health club and they get a lot of elderly visitors? I wouldn't be too negative in my rating due to this though, but I felt it worth mentioning in the review itself. It was close to the beach and we walked down there on the day we left, the parking at the resort was limited but we were able to snag a space. No issues with the staff, the bar was closed by like 7 on the Friday which we thought was a little odd.
