a bit worn in places though very comfortable, great staf who are very friendly and helpful, good sized rooms with free wifi and comfortable beds, great breakfast and a good selection, the hotel is excellent value, we will return

The décor throughout the hotel is rather tired. The bed was comfortable. Everything clean and tidy. Password provided for the Wi-Fi. Rather insistent on stating a time for breakfast and saying that I may have to wait if I just turn up. No problem to me, so I just turned up. I was served promptly and did not have to wait too long for my breakfast which I am pleased to say came on a very hot plate. A good standard breakfast. Plenty of parking space. I had a room at the back and needed to close the bathroom door to keep out the traffic noise. A busy road in and out of the city during rush hours.

What a great place. On arrival we were shown round the downstairs and then our room. Given the password for the Wi-Fi and breakfast was explained. Our room faced the main road but, with the double glazing, the road noise didn't disturb us. Place is a bit tired, but it's clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was lovely, too much for me in the end but the receptionist /manager couldn't have been nicer. Kept checking we were OK or needed anything. Roll on tonight for another good sleep. Will definitely be back and would recommend this place to others
