We expected a relaxing, comfortable stay, but our rooms were filthy, smelly, dark and claustrophobic. Despite being assured the rooms be deep cleaned, we found them still dirty not many issues unresolved. The hotel in general is very tired unclean throughout. However, reception staff were exceptional in trying to get problems resolved, but ultimately it is in our opinion bad management. Restaurant food was delicious, and waiting friendly, helpful and efficient.

We had the most amazing wedding reception at The Harbour Hotel. Huge thank you to Charlotte for helping us to organise it and a massive shout out to Chloe, Jonah, Jamie (Jay) and Xochi for making our evening so special! They couldn't have been more helpful and made sure the day went seamlessly. The food was amazing and we can't recommend The Harbour highly enough!

Delighted to say that standards at the hotel have improved massively since a disappointing visit three years ago. We had a great time, and the staff were excellent - a lovely welcome, and the restaurant team were really on the ball, working tirelessly. Our room was lovely, and the continental breakfast delicious, with lots of choice. We look forward to our next stay.
