A SCAM. Speak to ailfracombe tourist office. The hotel is derelict- no front door , rubbish , no floor boards She has various names. Real name Lee Andrew’s and her private number is 07946225925. Got my money back after numerous phone calls. Do not feel sorry for her-she will tell you lies . She is part of a religious cult also charging £500 a month for people with no where to stay - no heating or electricity. See local Ifracombe news .

This was a disaster. Booked hotel a couple of weeks ago, received various emails saying how I would be contacted nearer to my stay to give me suggestions of where to go. Took payment and sent me invoice. Then I received email the day after my 'stay' asking me to review it. The disaster is I turned up to the hotel on 23rd Feb to be told it was closed! I then ended having to pay more money for another hotel that night. I have now tried to contact them via email and voicemail several times but no-one has had the decency to return my call. I do not like giving a negative review but they have given me no choice especially as they have NOT refunded my money!!!

Beautiful setting Bed was very comfortable Bedroom and bathroom were clean During our stay we were unable to access internet : unable to watch the television as no signal all week : owner took £30 off our bill for this reason. Breakfast was ok. The walk to the town takes approximately 35 minutes.
