On previous visits to the Victoria hotel dress codes have been kept,, so it was surprising to observe many gentlemen In open neck shirts without jackets.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Hopefully we will be back soon. We had a lovely time with my son and daughter in law. Thank you.

Had a spa day today which was lovely, staff were terrific in the spa, helpful polite and generally welcoming. The one disappointing aspect was lunchtime sandwiches (sandwiches excellent) but the staff in the bar were terrible, clearly there were problems between one or more of them and we suffered, I asked a question of one waitress and she dismissed me with a flick of the hand! I was livid. As I say spa day was lovely place was great clean very relaxing my daughter had a 69 minute massage which was top class apparently but when spending north of £300 for a day for two better should be expected! Won’t be back.
