This review is not of a recent stay, however is of many previous stays and is to bid all of the Hotel La Place family a fond farewell and to wish you all the very best any future could possibly hold. We know how heavy the hearts are of our good friends who have given us many wonderful holidays over the years, we trust that you will all find the future will bring good things, for you deserve it. Without wishing to embarrass people by stating names it cannot be stated enough how wonderfully well ran this entire establishment has been and with such happiness. We will visit Jersey again next year, however with a different option and if it lives up to anywhere near the standard of hotel La Place it will be dream worthy. Sitting by the pool with a very heavy heart waiting to be taken to the airport. What a fabulous hotel absolutely nothing to complain about. The rooms are spotlessly clean as is the rest of the hotel. The food in the restaurant and bar is superb. The courtesy transport is definitely going above & beyond expectations. However what makes this hotel even better than the facilities are the staff. Warm friendly and polite. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. We are sad that the hotel is closing as we would be back in a heartbeat. Wishing all the staff all the very best for their next adventures. The self catering accommodation looks lovely for anybody using this. Thank you La Place for a superb stay.
