Ommaroo Hotel

Hotel which started of as 4 terraced houses, so quite an unusual shape. Rooms were a good size and serviced every day. Hotel was located right on the front just crossed the road and there was the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful and kept hotel clean. Bar prices did not seem to be bumped up like some hotels do. Just beware that a lot of places just add a 10% optional service but you get it taken as it is supposed to be optional.

Our third visit to this lovely hotel, the staff are so welcoming and always remember you. We were over visiting family and it was the perfect place to celebrate my Mum's 92 birthday. The service we received felt really personal and the food was excellent. Located so close to the beach as it is, allowed me to cross the road to the Lido, for an all states of the tide swim. The hotel was buzzing with the terrace being well used as well as the Coast bar, one nice touch was the provision of life music. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony listening to music and watching the incoming tide.

Great location on the seafront within easy walking distance to the town centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable, we slept really well. Hotel staff were polite and friendly. Parking available but there is a daily charge which wasn’t excessive. Breakfast was lovely, so much choice.
