Britannia Bournemouth Hotel

We had a 4 night tribute break at this hotel in November and were amazed at the value for money for this all inclusive break. The staff were very helpful and cheerful also the entertainment team were fantastic with special shoutouts for Jax and Maya who had a fantastic singing voice.

Disgusting place has got rats in the kitchen and cat excrement in the hallway front wild cat they allow to enter, was offered drugs and prostitutes to which they had living on site. Manager was threatening and said only cash was allowed as they wanted to avoid paying tax at all costs. I didn’t eat here obviously and to top It off the chef used the loo and never washed his hands as I was in there at the same time

Security on the front of the hotel gave us a very unwelcoming experience. As soon as we drove in front of the hotel they ran out of the doors with very threatening and intimidating attitude. I will not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.
