Had a lovely the was great just few things need touching up on the cleaning like the windows and door but over than that great stay amazing view just wish you got open the door window so you can look out of the balcony and soak in that wonderful view I would definitely stay here again and hope next time I can have breakfast the and check in early

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in so far. I paid a premium price because the online booking said the room had air conditioning, but when we arrived, there was no AC at all. Instead, there were two cheap fans—one standing fan and one small tabletop fan—and all they did was blow hot air. I couldn't sleep the entire night. This is not what you'd expect from a hotel charging over £100 a night. If I'd known there was no air conditioning, I would have slept in my car instead. The only good thing about this hotel is that it's in the city centre. Apart from that, it's very disappointing. I contacted customer service, and they told me they won't have air conditioning until September. During this hot weather, that's simply not acceptable, especially for families. I was travelling with my two children, and none of us were able to sleep. We checked in around 10:00 p.m., and by 2:00 a.m. I still hadn't been able to close my eyes. My partner even had to go out for a walk because the room was so uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Book at your own risk. The staff member who greeted us wasn't helpful either, which made the experience even worse. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay.

We choose this hotel for its location as we were going to see a show, pre visit we were informed of the restaurant being closed and our pre paid breakfast had to be refunded. On arrival Sabby had problems with our room allocation so he kindly upgraded us to a plus room free of charge ( thank you ) Sabby is a credit to your team. Lacey another member of the team assisted us with refunds for our prepaid breakfasts and helped by connecting two bookings into one even before we arrived. Jack then went and sorted out a reduced continental breakfast so that he could offer something to his guests, this was more than adequate to start the day off and at a reduced price. These 3 members of the team (Jack, Sabby and Lacey all deserve a special mention ) the rest of the team were also did well.. The hotel was very clean and the atmosphere was very friendly. We are looking forward to our stay next year.. Well done team.
