The Amarillo - B&B

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the welcoming message to the warmest of goodbyes… What a beautiful place this is! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed, and sadly, the goodbye came far too quickly. Jane and Jed are an absolute asset to this wonderful place. Their warmth, friendliness and wealth of knowledge really made our stay special. The stories and history of the place are fascinating, and you can really feel the love and character that has gone into making it what it is. Our room was beautiful and completely unique, with everything you could possibly need. The attention to detail was fantastic. A kettle, hairdryer, a lovely cool room and all those little touches that make you feel comfortable and at home. And then there’s the breakfast! A cold buffet that just keeps giving — so much choice and everything beautifully presented. You certainly won’t leave hungry! Every room has its own WOW factor, and the whole place has such a wonderful character and charm. Jane and Jed’s knowledge of the local area was also invaluable, with plenty of recommendations and information to help us make the most of our stay. From start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for a more lovely experience. Thank you, Jane and Jed, for making us feel so welcome and for sharing your beautiful place with us. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Just arrived home from a 4 night stay at the Amarillo. Ged & Jane have put their heart & soul in to creating a place that oozes charm & class. Stunningly decorated & styled in a mixture of opulent furnishings & quirky decor, this large victorian property screams quality. Immaculate bathrooms & bedding. A superb continental breakfast awaits you in the period dining room with plenty of selection to choose from. Amarillo is located a short walk to Bournemouth bus & railway station, so great for exploring the area. Quality isn't expensive...it's priceless. Dave,Mandy & Jake xxx

Jane & Ged are superb hosts and are very knowledgeable in terms of where to go and what to see. Amarillo is spotlessly clean with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It’s a short walk to the beach but there are so many within a short car ride to explore and we would recommend Canford Cliffs where there is a fantastic pub called The Cliff where Sunday lunch is a must.
