Brilliant service all round, special mention to Evie, Luis and josh. Made my stay very enjoyable with brilliant company, a great laugh and very down to earth people. Glad to have stayed, would recommend to a friend any day of the week

Evie is a breath of fresh air lovely bar lady should always come here just to see that smile. She does great service always cleaning and happy to help anyone.

Focus Note A lovely bar with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The management team is relatively new, and while there is still room to improve the overall quality, they are clearly enthusiastic, receptive to feedback and keen to develop the establishment. The venue was clean, service was prompt, and nothing seemed too much trouble. We spent a very enjoyable afternoon and I am definitely looking forward to returning. Wiktor, the barman, was brilliant, and Josh, the hotel manager, is very supportive of his team and clearly committed to raising standards. The new chef, Reis, also made an excellent impression, immediately coming out to ensure that dietary requirements could be accommodated. The coffee quality could be improved, although positive changes seem to be happening gradually. The excellent cider on draft certainly helped! One small suggestion would be to offer something beyond traditional pub snacks, such as almonds or Brazil nuts. This could add a slightly more luxurious, healthy and distinctive touch to the overall experience.
