Village Bournemouth

Really pleasant stay, staff were great, nothing too much trouble, room clean and comfortable, breakfast excellent, would look at staying at a Village again when/if offers are on

We stayed here as a family and found the room to be clean and comfortable, but our overall experience was disappointing because of the customer service. When we arrived, we had to wait 3–4 minutes at the reception while two female staff members were chatting and did not seem concerned that customers were waiting to be served. There was a kettle in the room, but no drinking water was provided for tea or coffee. I went to reception to ask for some drinking water, but I was told to use the tap water from the bathroom. I asked if she was sure, and she confirmed it. I was not comfortable drinking water from the bathroom tap, so I had to go to Tesco to buy bottled water. There was also no telephone in the room to contact reception if we needed assistance, which was very inconvenient. The room itself was clean, but the lack of customer service and basic amenities affected our stay. I hope the hotel improves these issues for future guests. and provides free parking as I paid 10 for parking.

Went Thurs to Sat,booking the 2 night bundle inc allowence toward dinner and drink in the bar and breakfasts.Very good deal.Parking was free and the pool also.Pool really warm and good size.The room ticks all the boxes,the air con works really well.You feel well looked after .
