Had a lovely overnight stay here, this was helped by the great weather. There is a nice bar with a good choice of beers. Its central in the town. The meals were really nice. Room was a good size and clean. There was a smalll free car park, but even if that is full, you can park in Morrisons car park or out on the main street.

never stay at this hotel if you want any sleep just below the bedrooms from 9pm to about 10.30 kids swearing and shouting from 10.30 pm until midnight dinners and drinkers come out and sit blow the bedrooms and continue revel worse than the kids I strongly recommend you never stay at this hotel if you want any sleep

Wanted a quite drink in the town , went into this pub , . Welcome by the very cheerful young barmaid, got and paid for my drinks . Sat down very quite only another couple in at the time , bar area clean and modern. Possibly only recently decorated. Did not notice we were sitting under a large screen tv , woman dressed in English soccer colours ( owner ? ) and tuned tv on to see the England game . Didn’t ask if we minded , was too loud for us , so moved . She spoilt our time in there , which was a shame . PS I don’t like soccer, so perhaps I should have known better
