❌ Disgraceful Service – Kept £350 From Elderly Parents With Memory IssuesI am absolutely appalled by how this hotel treated my elderly parents, who both suffer from memory issues. They booked a room for £350, but when they needed to cancel, staff explicitly told them they would receive a full refund. That refund never arrived. The hotel has kept their £350 despite their verbal promise. Taking financial advantage of vulnerable, elderly individuals who have cognitive difficulties is deeply unethical. Do not trust this establishment with your money or your loved ones. They lack basic honesty, empathy, and professional customer care.

Id highly recommend people watch their episodes of Four in a Bed before booking this place, it was really disgraceful 😑. And thank the lord I was shown the episode before I book this place for my workers for the next 3 weeks.
