AVOID this hotel if you want to sleep at night ! They have VERY LOUD music playing until midnight from the lobby with a live band!!! We were on 2nd floor & down the hall & this continually woke us...

Lovely hotel set up all Christmassy Rooms lovely & clean, quayside water view from window. Staff friendly, lobby seating comfy & clean, tidy Can’t fault it apart from would have like frothy coffee...
