MERCURE BRIGHTON SEAFRONT

We recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel. We had an amazing experience, the staff were lovely, room was clean, breakfast and evening meal were great. Beautiful hotel by the sea front, very central and some parking available which was a bonus. Front of the hotel, signs saying Do Not Park but unfortunately some guests seemed to think this did not apply to them. Guests should have been told not to park there.

I had an exceptional stay at the Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel. The location is fantastic, directly by the sea and only a few steps from the beach, making it the perfect base for enjoying Brighton. One of the highlights was the hotel’s lifestyle offering. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the sea air and take in the views. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and ideal for a relaxed lunch or dinner by the coast. The bar also has a great atmosphere, with a good selection of drinks and cocktails. It is a lovely place to unwind after a day exploring the city. With its excellent seafront location, beautiful views, welcoming atmosphere and strong food and beverage offering, the Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel provides a memorable Brighton experience. I would happily stay again and highly recommend it.

Can really recommend this hotel from the moment we arrived and the lovely young man Jude booked us in to when we left quite honestly was excellent. We had complementary cocktails on arrival in the bar (nice touch) The room (once we found it) was really nice very clean and the bed was SO comfortable with big fluffy pillows. Plenty of tea & coffee and bottles of water (we had extra free from the bar at night also) . Bathroom was great with a huge shower and beautiful product shower gel soap shampoo & conditioner and body lotions in Huge bottles not budget products but good quality ones! My only tiny recommendation to the hotel would be to say about the small stair case in the bedroom to the bathroom as at night was not great when half asleep and they could do with a movement light as it was a little dangerous in the dark . FYI these are the refurbished rooms at the back of the hotel with a balcony. So if you struggle either way mobility you need to check. Otherwise this place is up there with one of my best bargain bookings through secret escapes (where I found it) Half the price it should have been. Enjoy!
