Smart Sea View Brighton

Good hotel, nice breakfast, lot's of variations of different food types, good view outside window we could see the beach from our window which was beautiful. However, lot's of stairs so if you have lot's of luggage i wouldn't recommend, because we had suitcases and struggled to get out luggage up and own the stairs. Furthermore, rooms are small, so i wouldn't recommend for bigger families. Also windows were broken, so there are hazards.

We stayed in this as a hotel, and it's absolutely fine. Clean, big rooms, very friendly service. Bathroom very good. Sea view location (hence the name). Parking limited but the King Alfred is only a short walk. Decent pub round the back. Excellent value, rating reflects price

This was my second time visiting Brighton and I have to say this hostel is the bees knee's. More like a hotel but super friendly people and staff, a great breakfast, warm atmosphere and comfortable beds. The front desk person helped me a lot and was very knowledgeable about the night life. Thanks Dorey, you're an absolute treasure. I would highly recommend it.
