Pros - clean, beautiful rooms, great central location CONS - no air-conditioning; you can borrow a fan but its loud and doest pull cold air. I would suggest ceiling fans! Always there and out of the way! CARPET IN ROOM; Clean but would be better with flooring as the carpet made the room very very hot. BLINDS; now the blind in our room was falling apart, let in the 4am light! NOISE- very loud between 4-6am! Loads going on in the street behind (window open as too hot in room) We have slept in worst, but in the UK heat this just wasnt the right hotel, which is a shame as its been well decorated and kept clean.

Lovely clean spacious room and bathroom, WITH A BATH! Plenty of places to put stuff which was good as we had several events to attend (wardrobe, draws, side tables and a table with tea and coffee). Big windows with shutters, so the room was dark at night and bright during the day. We had such a nice time that we paid to keep the room an extra night! The staff were also lovely and sincerely kind. My ONLY complaint, I was hoping for much more strawberry themed decor, and I really hope they put more of that in by our next visit! (if they put more strawberry stuff in, I will literally only stay here for my Brighton visits)

Very disappointing. Very bad bedding. Nice staff but no soundproofing. Customers talk in front of the building until late. They argue in the hallways. It screams and people come home drunk on time. It feels like we have other occupants in our room. Questionable cleanliness. Good location though.
