The Grand Hotel

just wanted to say a huge thank you for such a wonderful stay. We had a fantastic time, and the room was absolutely lovely — we couldn’t have been happier with it. Breakfast was excellent, and we were really impressed with the service throughout our stay. The bar service was fantastic, and the pool service was excellent too. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive, which really made our stay feel special.

Just got back from a two night stay, did have a slight error with the room on arrival with the deputy manager resolving the problem rapidly and being very attentive. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable we will certainly be back again! Great atmosphere and vibe within the hotel!

Wonderful Afternoon Tea in this fabulous hotel, the food tastes as good as it looks! Service from all was excellent but Steven went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. We'll be going again for next years birthday treat!!
