Ideal location to explore Rye. Very friendly staff offering a good breakfast. On site parking which must be paid for online daily. Recommended.

Smaller hotel situated very near town centre, excellent location, very convenient for local bars and restaurants. Very clean, breakfast excellent. Although located in the town, very quiet. Only downside is the decor in the bedroom was rather dated. In need of a makeover. However, would recommend for a short stay in Rye.

First trip and last never again , overpriced drinks £15 for a Gin and tonic is unacceptable ,its not Towerbridge london or the west end ,also most gin drinks had run out, so had to mix with another Gin, tight on lemon just a slice, also saw 4 couples moan about the ingredients used in some cocktails, sour I believe most people said, where the mixer wasnt fresh, Dead grass around flower pots where they had not been watered , dirty glases on bar £15 for a Gin tonic is shocking, only thing that was nice and clean was hotel , apart from toilets they wasnt fresh smelling ,first and last time we will visit ,cheaper in london and beter drinks
