Mercure Hull Grange Park

We came here just for food and it was delicious. The servers, Emma and Harriet were absolutely superb, very attentive and friendly. We will absolutely be back! Thank you so much!

This is the classic experience of we will accept your booking but then inform you on arrival there is a wedding on (a Sunday night!) playing loud music until all hours, but weirdly the only rooms unoccupied are the ones directly above the wedding party so unfortunately you will have to listen to The Venga Boys till 1am while everyone gets pissed up.

Terrible worst hotel booking. Booked a double room. We got a family room. The room was ru down dirty and very bad state of repairs. Looked nothing like website photos. The bathroom was unclean. Shower had had fungus on head. Silicone pealing off all over. Tiles replaced with different coloured ones. Hairs in the bath. Mould round taps and shower screen. The rest 9f the room was full of stained cracked walls with cobwebs. Not been painted in many years. Carpet dirty. Only one power point. Non near bed side. Was giving an extension that was taped up. Wow. See all photos. The hotel was full of seeming kids and also a wedding on. Outside smelled of sewerage. Terrible condition and not a 4 star in anyway. The staff did not help or care. Or offer another clean well maintained room. Nothing. We travelled 2hours to get here. We asked for refund and left. No apologies no sorry nothing. Teribble service and hotel.
