The Vale Apart Hotel

Hosts was so friendly and accommodating rooms where lovely bed was so comfortable had the best nights sleep ever lovely garden with a sitting area overall was a great stay and will definitely be returning

Mmmm where to start, really wasn't what we expected at all. Wasn't clean at all, the room smelt damp. The bathroom was awful. Could do with cleaners actually cleaning. The light cord was filthy, as was the door frame, and sink and taps. The shower had as much pressure as my little finger. I was going into hospital the following morning and as we live a few hours away, my partner was going back to the hotel after dropping me off. However he was so impressed with this place, he decided to drop me off and come straight back home, and a few hours later drive back to collect me. If you have mobility problems like myself don't bother. Actually if you are able bodied don't bother.

I was given a family room for 1 person the room was ok bedding was clean but the toilet and shower was not clean and it lacked in maintenance .and the noise from the front street . There was no fire signs in case of emergency. There is secure parking to the rear close to town centre of a 10 mins walk .areas of the room were dusty ..mirror was dirty .the shower was warm and not powerfull... The noise from other tenants clashing doors and talking loudly outside your room at 6am No one at reception ..to complain too ...not a good weekend ..not worth the money 🤑
