Premier Inn Chelmsford Springfield

I have stayed in many Premier Inns, and while the food and service are normally very nice, Premier Inn Springfield Chelmsford takes it to another level entirely. It is completely evident that the staff here genuinely take pride in the hotel and the overall guest experience. What truly sets this location apart is their incredible attention to the small details: • Breakfast Cooked to Order: Instead of the usual buffet setup, breakfast is freshly cooked to order and always served on a boiling hot plate. • Impeccable Presentation: The continental selection is neatly stacked, and all bread items are individually wrapped for perfect freshness. • Flawless Dinner Service: Evening meals are paced perfectly—neither rushed nor slow. It made for a wonderfully relaxing evening, with every dish arriving hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. If you are visiting Chelmsford, this is the place to stay. A massive thank you to the team for caring so much about what they do!

Quiet and nice rooms. Service from Jordan for dinner was brillant charming lad looked after us!

Ok place to stay , but rooms very hot, so had a uncomfortable night, don’t normally book a hotel with no AC, so be prepared for a hot night
