Radisson Blu Hotel London Stansted Airport

**Poor front-desk service** A very disappointing start to our stay. We arrived around 10:20am after calling ahead about early check-in. We fully understood that this was subject to availability. The receptionist refused to check whether a twin room was available, saying he was busy and would assist us in 30 minutes. He told us to wait in the lounge beside Reception. We waited approximately 45 minutes, during which there were no guests checking in or out. Instead of returning to us, the receptionist eventually put on his backpack and left the hotel. We then discovered from his colleague that he had gone on his break. The gentleman at the VIP desk apologised, checked availability immediately and checked us straight into a twin room. The problem was never whether early check-in was guaranteed. It was the dismissive way we were treated and being left waiting for 45 minutes by someone who then went on his break without even speaking to us. Very poor service for a Radisson Blu, although the gentleman at the VIP desk deserves recognition for resolving the situation professionally.

Had a very pleasant stay at the airport hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, which made it a great place to relax before travelling. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient for the airport, making everything easy and stress-free. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient hotel near the airport.

The place is super clean and feels very welcoming, the room very comfortable but a special note to the lovely Rohini that greated me at the front desk with a beautiful smile and stellar attitude, and in this heat, after a long trip, she was a breath of fresh air! The hotel is in such a convenient location too. Will absolutely rebook for my next visit.
