Holiday Inn A55 Chester West

This one caught me off guard! As an IHG member I use this chain a lot, I’ve used Them all over the world, Germany, Norway, USA etc, but this was the best experiance I’ve had at an IHG hotel. Firstly; it’s largely down to Garmon, his attention to detail and warm welcome is something you just don’t get from a big name hotel, it was like we’d been coming years, but it was our first (and not last!) visit! He was great with the girls, did exactly as he said he would and made the stay enjoyable from start to finish. Secondly, the Room (Alyn suite) was clean and had all the amenities you needed. Cool aircon, comfy bed and a fridge was a nice addition. The breakfast was the best also, fresh to order items, beautifully laid out, clean, fresh, perfect start to the day Honesty, blown away by this place for a Chain hotel at the side of a busy road. Well done team, absolutely worth a stay and we will come back!

Matched my expectations and value for money. Exceptional service by Fran, who was quick to check me in as I was running late for a wedding and offered to order a taxi. Everything else was good. Clean room and quiet despite the location right next to the dual carriageway.

Had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn! The hotel is really family-friendly, especially if you’re travelling with kids. The food was absolutely amazing with plenty of options for everyone. The reception staff were fantastic—so welcoming, helpful, and professional (especially Sophie H! ) Customer service throughout the hotel was excellent and really made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
