My colleague and I both liked the hotel. Small gym. Parking just off road. Friendly staff. Good size rooms. Comfy bed. Cons, food was ok. I would stay here rather than a travelodge. The rooms really need to be cleaned to higher standard. I could barely park in the car park after returning at 9pm. Not all cars were from hotel. Im not sure what is going on with parking. We will be back, many thanks. PS please use symbols to indicate GF options at breakfast.

This is a pleasant, comfortable hotel located close to the M5 junction on a fairly busy road - nevertheless traffic noise is not noticeable. We use it to overnight on our travel from N England to Plymouth and over to France but we're now looking for an alternative mainly because the breakfast standard this year was not particularly good. We ate around 8.15 which was not late in the service - but there were only pickings left - 3 fried eggs - 6 pieces of dry, tough bacon. Coffee good and toast is DIY (toasters x 2). Left a lot to be desired and we'll try elsewhere next time.
