I couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone when I needed help. we tried this many times in the last few days of our stay. The people should be answering the phone. great staff when you are in face to face. Duty manager should pick it up if they can’t answer the phone. Great pool and bar. Lovely views outside our room. We booked our takeaway at 20:30pm and it didn’t come to 21:00pm. They made it but it was very last minute. Great clean rooms. But I paid a lot for the room and we expected good services at all times.

We had such a lovely stay here as a couple with our 4-month-old baby and honestly couldn't fault it. Our room was huge. I think we were in one of the rooms that hasn't been updated yet, but it was still very clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The air conditioning was absolutely brilliant, especially during the warm weather! The pool and spa were lovely, and it was extra special because our baby had his very first swim there. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and we also had lunch at Curious Kitchen, which was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed popping over to The Black Sheep across the road for a coffee, which we'd definitely recommend. Although the hotel is a little out of the way, the surrounding area is really peaceful with lots of trees, greenery, and even a little pond, making it a lovely place to relax. Every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming, and nothing seemed too much trouble. We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up adding an extra night-partly because we didn't want to leave, and partly because we were enjoying the amazing air conditioning! The only small suggestion we'd make is extending breakfast service a little later. It finished at 10:00am on weekends and 9:30am on weekdays. It wasn't an issue for us as we were awake early with our baby, but a slightly later finish would be a nice option for guests wanting a slower morning. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

Easy to book, excellent communication from Jade prior to spa day informing us that the sauna was not available. A warm welcome from spa staff on arrival. Amazing facilities and outdoor space to relax and enjoy. The lunch was fresh and well presented and served by the super friendly Rachel who was so helpful. What a wonderful lady to have in your team. She made our day complete.
