We stayed here as our stop over on our way to and from Cornwall. What a lovely stop over, Dan and his team made us feel very welcome, gave some great recommendations of places to visit so we could make the most of our trip. We decided to eat at the hotel on both our visits and could not fault anything about the service we received. Will definitely be returning, the hotel is situated in a great location very close to local bars restaurants and shops.

We absolutely loved our wine tasting at Hotel Du Vin hosted by Jake! He was so friendly, personable and knowledgeable, and we really enjoyed learning about the history and stories behind each of the wines, which made the tasting really interesting. The intimate set-up was lovely, and the canapés were fantastic too. Great value for the range of wines we tried, and we’ll definitely be coming back for another one!

Great location near the city centre, comfy beds and staff in the reception and the restaurant are amazing, will be back.
