Our stay at The Bristol Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. The service was outstanding, with every detail carefully thought through. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and consistently of the highest quality. She listened attentively to all of our requests, went above and beyond to accommodate our family and friends, and ensured that everyone had a wonderful and memorable experience. Her patience, excellent communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Pramod, the Hotel Manager, whose hospitality was truly outstanding. He took the time to understand our family's needs, listened carefully to every request, and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We stayed here last weekend and couldn’t give a stronger recommendation for it. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous hotel/rooms/amenities. There wasn’t one thing to criticise. Beautiful hotel let down by not ensuring the windows in the bedroom where clean which affected us opening our windows as all you could see was the dirt. Breakfast was also not very fresh - the bread. Black pudding and pancake was dry and stale. Not at all what we expected
