Great location, friendly and helpful receptionists, clean room apart from a clump of hair on the shower wall. Bathroom extractor doesn't work. Didnt require room to be cleaned however would have appreciated the bin being emptied and the drinks topped up as there were 5 flights of stairs between us and reception. Bannister on stairs from the car park absolutely filthy leaving hand black and sticky.

Great budget hotel that I use often. In Clifton but easy to get to town centre and lots of restarants and other activities nearby.

Perfect little stay, just what I needed. Had a single room, very clean, modern bathroom. Complimentsry tea/coffee, biscuits and sweets. I have stayed in hotels that are listed buildings before that were damp and mouldy but not this place! Can't commend the staff enough; especially Rhianne and Sian on reception and Io on reception in the evening. Super friendly people! Love the vibe of the whole place. Breakfast was a little slow, but they were down a chef and the staff were doing the best they can with a busy room. Would definitely stay again when visiting Bristol
