Broadlands Guest House

Stayed here for two nights. Typically old English style. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was really nice. Very close to the center (4mins walk) but far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful.

we recently stayed here for 2 nights....we stayed out back in a two story room...the room was nice, but very small.....the bathroom needs some major cleaning..... mold and dirt everywhere....the main room was quite dusty....the bed was fine and linens were clean.... the put a bottle of TAP water 😱😱 in the room....breakfast was fine...the location is good and the free parking is wonderful......was very quiet.....

Stayed for 3 nights over the weekend in June. Fantastic location one minute walk from the river. Room was big enough for us and clean, slightly dated. We stayed in one of the cottages in the carpark but very convenient and quiet. Breakfast consisted of a choice of 3 cereals or granola, yoghurt and honey and then an omelet or choice of 3 types of eggs with toast. Room to park at the back of the hotel. Host was very friendly, gave suggestions of places to visit and very accommodating. Would recommend
