So been coming for years to Cheltenham and thought let’s try something different. This place was lovely from check in to leaving with only a couple of gripes, get to them shortly. Hawkstone beer on offer which is always a good starter but not sure on paying £7.30 a pint is a tad excessive. We had room1 which has a huge shower/ bathroom great looking gifts for sale ( no price tags anywhere 🤷🏻🧐) the pricing needs sorting. Room was crazy hot with air con would easily be worth 5 stars. Breakfast was class everything cooked to order and done perfectly. Anyway would we return- without a doubt already looking at a return

Great from start to finishing our stay. Beautiful accommodation for relaxing and chilling out. Atmosphere was small and luxurious. Everything from lounge , bar , restaurant , washrooms and bedroom very well equipped and luxurious. The restaurant is fantastic. Beautifully set out and the choice of food and drink was excellent. The dinner and wine we chose was excellent The chef prepared and delivers a truly memorable dinner. Service was warm and welcoming too. Just a great experience highly recommend a stay.

Visited here as a stopover from driving from Cornwall to North Manchester. I had researched to find a place where I could relax with my dog and settled on here. Before arriving I thought it might be best to book a table for dinner and found it was blocked online. Team informed me there was a private party and so no tables that evening were available for other guests. What could easily have turned into a cancellation at that point was swiftly sorted by a very competent deputy manager (Katie) who called me and offered me a space in the cosy lounge which turned out to be perfect. The whole place is wonderful - dinner and breakfast were faultless, the room was clean and all amenities are thoughtfully catered for including a Dyson hairdryer (which I’ve now decided to buy), fab mini bar and gorgeous bath all meant I had the perfect stopover. Added to that was the welcome my dog had and the park over the road was safe for nice walks during our stay. Thanks again to Katie who knows how to run a top class establishment.
