Feel a little let down by this hotel , we spent a few days visiting and staying in different villages and hotels in The Cotswolds and out of all , this certainly wasn’t worth the money . Bourton on the water is beautiful and so is the setting of the dial house but this is a little rough around the edges . The room was incredibly small and dated and in need of some repair . Someone was mowing the lawn outside our window at 8:30 , lucky for us we had an early start ! Hotel seemed to close at 9, we ate our for dinner and came back and wasn’t able to grab a drink. Staff were pleasant enough , drinks and food expensive for what it is . Photos on the website and booking portals are very enhanced or old.

Spent 3 Days at this delightful Hotel right in the middle of the Village. Really an ideal venue for exploring the Village and Area . Found all the Staff extremely helpful and did have one evening meal at Hotel which was Delicious although a little expensive. The car parking again was very close to the Hotel and easy to unload luggage etc . Would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel.

A wonderful place to have lunch. The food was delicious, the setting beautiful, and the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. The loveliest waitresses and waiters, and the lady at front of house was particularly thoughtful. Highly recommend!
