Very friendly staff, room was clean and had a proper bed for my adult daughter, rather than a sofa bed. The hotel looks a little tired from the outside, but is very clean and tidy inside. Will definitely stay with this chain again

Stayed for a night whilst travelling through for my birthday. Young man on reception was lovely and very helpful. Hotel was very clean, was left balloons and complimentary drinks as a birthday treat which was a nice touch. Room was clean, and spacious, great size TV. Very comfortable beds! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and fresh, plenty of choice for everyone. The only thing I would say is the no air con was a struggle. The room was very hot. We did have a fan on arrival into the room but was incredibly hot. Otherwise really happy, would stay again and recommend.

Very good location not far off the motorway. Great atmosphere in the hotel all the staff are smiling and the hotel staff are very helpful. We had a standard double room and it was a good size and the room was very clean and so was the bathroom. We had a breakfast at the hotel and we are vegetarian and they specially made vegi sausages for us all we did was ask. Great selection of food for breakfast, they had a buffet breakfast so you can eat as much as you like. Cereals and pastries and toast with different types of bread. They had scrambled eggs and sunny side up eggs and beans, mushrooms, and other meats. Portage oats and yoghurts and fruits A selection of coffees and teas a selection of cold drinks like orange juice apple juice crane berry juice and water. Much recommend the breakfast. The dining area was very clean and well maintained. We slept well in the room there was no noise from the outside. The hotel also has a swimming pool and steam room and sauna and a bubble pool. The hotel has 2 x onsite carparks, one at the front of the hotel and larger one at the side. It’s a a secure car park with barriers. Parking costs £7 for 24 hours. The town center / high street is a 7-8 minute drive from the hotel. Asda is a 7-9 minute walk from the hotel. The Cotswold designer outlet is 15 mins drive from the hotel. The Gloucester quays designer outlet is 20 mins drive from the hotel. This hotel in in the middle of both designer outlets and the u have Bourton on the water cotswald village 20 mins drive from the hotel too. We stayed at this Leonardo hotel because it was in the middle of everything. Nice little hotel. Much recommended.
