Absolutely disgusting hotel. Stinks and dirty. The room was riddled with mould and dirt. The bathroom ceiling was peeling off and the bat was covered in black mould. The bedroom walls were covered in stains and marks. The bedroom ceiling again, covered in mould. We didn't stay and had to go to the local Travelodge instead.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Baytree Lodge in Bangor! It is a fantastic all-rounder for anyone—whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, or with family. Everything feels thoughtfully tailored to make your stay seamless, with incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped facilities. It’s in a great location for exploring the local area, and the whole place feels very safe, welcoming, and secure —especially for families! What truly sets Baytree Lodge apart, though, is the family who owns it. The lodge has a wonderful atmosphere throughout and is very family-focused. The owners made us feel so welcome during our time there; they were so easy to talk to, great to chat with, and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed! You can really feel the genuine care and heart they put into looking after their guests. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Bangor, this is the perfect spot. We highly recommend Baytree Lodge to anyone visiting the area—we couldn't recommend it more highly!

It was freezing cold all night even with the heater on. Found some red dots on the mattress cover. Mold on the walls. Dampness in the room. Tv doesn’t work. Very small room. Toilet broken. Shower head unclean
