We booked a double room with private bathroom. Easy check in, great location....upon arriving we noted the room could do with a lick of paint but otherwise tidy and great for the price! Had an issue...

This place seems to have improved since some of the more negative reviews were written. There was no sign of "quirky Phil" and I suspect it had received a coat of paint and maybe even new management...
