Ty'n Rhos Country House

After staying here for the night on Saturday evening, I can honestly say nothing but positive things about this beautiful country house. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who couldn’t have done more for us. Even though they were fully booked, they kindly managed to accommodate us for dinner, which we really appreciated. The food was absolutely amazing — I would happily drive here again just to eat! We had no issues whatsoever with our room, the water temperature, or the temperature of the bedroom. Everything was comfortable and exactly as we needed. I also left my raincoat behind, and the staff were incredibly kind enough to post it back to me, which was very much appreciated. I was honestly very shocked to see the 1-star reviews, as our experience was completely different from what we had read. We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault the service. You have a truly lovely country house, and we would absolutely love to return in the future. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! x

Oh my god never stayed at a worse hotel, the dribbling shower In The room had no hot water and when I raised the complaint was told that I was mistaken by the rude woman on the front desk Food was not fine dining and reminded me of a ready meal on a plate from Morrisons The hard bed I could forgive but the bad attitude of the front desk was the worst. People like that should not work In Hospitality
