Having booked for a disabled guests 60th birthday .we arrived and were very disappointed the appartment had not been renovated yet but never once in adverts did it say this we booked what we thought was a Hampton feel . We got old and in need of renovations. Three steps inside the apartment make it not suitable for a wheelchair user . The indoor pool had just opened which was lovely by no access for disabled to get down there .we paid a lot of money for 2 nights and what we got was living in a building site . Which was very dusty and no good for my friend with breathing difficulties. We were offered 30 percent off next stay which to be fair is a regular discount at the NICI so disappointing as a regular user of their other hotel they really were uninterested in our complaint .

We have been coming here at this time of year for approximately 10 years. What used to be a fantastic, good value for money holiday, is now a rip off. The price has doubled, yet the facilities have got worse. The apartment has not been cleaned to a high enough standard. The crockery, utensils are not checked. This year we found classes, crockery & cutlery that had not been washed. We pay a lot of money for the maintenance of this apartment. We were only informed the morning of our arrival that both swimming pools were being repaired therefore closed and so were the tennis courts. As far as I'm concerned this isn't any notice. There was building works going on in front and back of our apartment from 7.30 am till late. These works created a lot of noise and dust. The compensation offered was a joke. 2 hours 10 am -12pm at the local lido.

We enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend once they finish renovating. Because of the renovation we were pre-warned certain facilities like the outdoor pool and spa would not be available for our use. Something that did not unduly bother us and the fact we were warned a few days prior to our stay was very much appreciated. On arrival we had a very unexpected upgrade to a beautiful suite to compensate us for the lack of facilities that were not available. The staff without exception were friendly charming and thoroughly professional. This hotel is a must visit and deserves to do well in its future.
