During our stay, I needed an extra duvet and pillow, and Will personally made sure to assist me. He didn’t simply arrange it from the front desk—he went to our room himself and personally delivered them to me. That small gesture meant a lot because it showed how attentive and sincere he is when it comes to helping guests. He also kindly gave us the opportunity to have a late check-out, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. His excellent communication skills, patience, and willingness to assist truly stood out. People like Will are a wonderful reflection of what great hospitality should be.
