Express By Holiday Inn Southampton West

Location convenient for M27. Reception staff failed to point out car parking screen now I am dreading the possibility of a car parking fine. Bedrooms had no aircon. Seemed to be some discrimination going on as some selected stayers mainly male from what I could tell, were being told we have moved you to the ground floor to keep you cooler. I was on the top floor. Using a qr code to read menu is a nightmare. Food was ok.

Had a wonderful time, so great we chose to extend for one more night. The service from all the staff was wonderful, we were greeted phenomenally by Scott who truly understands the meaning of hospitality. His attitude to work is absolutely stunning and a pleasure to see! Scott is a real treasure for this hotel, and a reason we will be thrilled to return when the girls are slightly older so that we can come to the all spoken about Peppa Pig world 🤣 Mateusz was also a lovely server who was very attentive. Can’t get over the splendid service and atmosphere the staff create, it really makes you feel fantastic.

First big problem…..rooms do not have air condition, but the price North of $250gb sure feels like it should! Parking spaces are tight, and rooms are small! Not recommended if you want AC
