Jurys Inn Southampton (I)

I stayed at Leonardo on 20th May and have stayed several times whilst undergoing surgery at Southampton Hospital . The hotel is immaculate, the staff especially Lebin and Zahra are exceptional as are the reception staff and restaurant staff they all go out of their way to make your stay special and as comfortable as possible. There is a beautiful park over the road which takes you directly to Southampton shopping centre and The Hotel is very close to The Marina . Highly recommended and I look forward to going back to see them all again soon.. x

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a weekend at Poultons Park (Friday 31st July-Monday 3rd August).The room was big enough for our family of 4 (2 children aged 3 and 5), it was lovely and clean. The staff were more than helpful, very friendly and accommodating. We had the pleasure of meeting Joseph a few times who went above and beyond for us, he arranged a cake with a candle for my boys 5th birthday, he provided excellent service with a smile, and is an asset to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. The food was delicious and there was plenty to choose from for breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo Hotel Southampton with our family while visiting Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything was at a very good standard, but what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. The excellent service made us feel valued from the moment we arrived and really made a difference to our overall experience. One of the highlights for our children was the cinema room, where they could watch Peppa Pig cartoons while enjoying popcorn, ice cream, and juice. It was such a thoughtful touch and gave them a chance to relax and be entertained after a busy day. They absolutely loved it, and so did we. The hotel is in a convenient location, the rooms were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing family stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially families visiting the area.
