Mercure Letchworth Hall

Jewellery was stolen from the room while I used the pool, I have called 4 times in the last week to ask for the cleaning team to be asked about this, no manager will talk to me I just keep being told I will get a call back and it never comes!

We stayed here for 2 nights during our visit from Cardiff to go to the concert at Knebworth. What a truly stunning place, the cleanliness was 10/10, out room was lovely with gorgeous brand new bedding etc. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in a long time whilst staying at a hotel, the lay out, the quality, the choice everything 10/10. The staff especially the tall friendly barman & girls on front desk were friendly helpful & polite. This whole establishment was a wonderful laid back relaxing place to stay with beautiful gardens. Would we stay again !! 100 % 😊🤟❤️

Often stop here for work. All staff are friendly and helpful. All rooms are modern and clean, with amazing AC. Breakfast/Restaurant has a good variety of choice and service is amazing. On site Nuffield that can be used, what is always a bonus.
